I was responsible for the entire overhaul of Reid Furniture's online store. This included not only the visual design but change of back-end system - it should be noted that whilst I created the visual design, another development company implemented the XHTML/CSS.

Upon completion, the site offered functionality and services expected from a brand at the forefront of furniture retailing in Scotland. I project managed many aspects of the site, which after launch, increased conversion rates by 200%, decreased bounce rates and achieved record monthly sales.
